FORMULATION
2-3 ounces Tequila
Juice of one lime
1 can of Q Tropical Ginger Beer (or roughly 6 ounces)
Ice to the top
Optional slice of lime to garnish
PROCEDURE
Pour the tequila into a traditional mule mug or any other glass that suits your fancy. Squeeze one lime into the mug. Add the ginger beer and fill to the top with as much ice as you'd like. Add a cute little garnish. And finally.. enjoy!
RESULTS

I'm a big fan of tequila so this gets a 5/5 for me, I also really like this ginger beer. It's tangy and not too sweet and fairly low cal and simple ingredients (see can image below). This was my first time having a Mexican Mule and it will definitely not be my last. I plan on trying all the different mules at some point so be on the lookout for more! Cheers!
DISCUSSION
Called the Mexican Mule because obviously it's liquor is Tequila. I google this to see how other people make it and some add Cointreau (or you can add Triple Sec), I might try this addition, sounds good. I ALSO found OTHER mule recipes. A French mule, an Italian mule, a German mule, a Mexican mule (looks to be the same as a Dark 'N Stormy), and an American mule (looks to be the same as a Moscow mule), so adding these onto the to drink list!

Looks delicious!
