INTRODUCTION
To make 1 cocktail
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 ounce Cointreau or Triple Sec
3 to 4 ice cubes
A 4-ounce cocktail glass, chilled
PROCEDURE
Combine the lemon juice, gin and Cointreau or Triple Sec in a mixing glass and add the ice cubes. Place a shaker on top of the mixing glass and, grasping them firmly together with both hands, shake vigorously. Remove the shaker, place a strainer on top of the glass, and pour into a cocktail glass.
RESULTS

First drink with my parents!!! Mom and I made the choice to drink White Ladys, name was fitting. This was also my first time having Cointreau which I have to say I definitely prefer over Triple Sec. This drink had great flavor, the gin was perfect the combination was almost like a lemon drop. Dad and I both gave it 5/5, would not change a thing. Mom liked it, she gave it a 4/5, just not something she'd drink on a regular basis (was a bit strong for her). I will be revisiting this soon, who knew I would love a White Lady.
DISCUSSION
Ugh still playing catch up with my drink posts, what's new. Two steps forward, one step back. But net +1 so that's a positive. Here's to two posts tomorrow fingers crossed :)
Oh I'm trying a new thing where I do a picture that's not the stars first to create more visual appeal.
Cheers!
